Personalization Instructions
After placing your order, click the word Personalized in this listing to access the form.
When the page opens, select the Form tab at the top and submit your graduate’s information and photos.
Your order will not begin until both payment is received and the form is completed.

Turnaround Time
Production time is 2 to 3 weeks.
• A design draft will be sent approximately 1 to 2 weeks after ordering
• One free revision is included
• Production begins once the draft is approved
