Design Options
Design Needed
Choose this option if you would like Epic Event Prints, LLC to create a custom funeral program design for you. Our team will design the layout using the photos, obituary, and service details you provide.
Design Ready
Choose this option if you already have a completed funeral program design. Your design will be printed exactly as submitted. No edits or changes will be made to the design.
If you would like to use a design previously created by Epic Event Prints, please select Design Ready and include the name or description of the Epic Event Prints design you are requesting.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins once the required order form and all information have been received. Rush orders may be available upon request. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
Need Your Programs Quickly?
We understand that memorial services are often scheduled on short notice. Epic Event Prints, LLC will do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. If you need your funeral programs sooner than the standard turnaround time, please contact us before placing your order to discuss rush availability.
Proof Approval
Please review your proof carefully for spelling, dates, names, and service details. Printing will begin only after approval has been received.
Final Approval
Your funeral program will not be printed until your final proof approval has been received. This ensures that all details are correct and that the program reflects exactly how you would like your loved one to be honored.
Revisions
Each order includes one free revision during the design process. Additional revisions are $10 per revision and must be paid before changes are made. Multiple revisions may extend turnaround time.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, Epic Event Prints, LLC does not offer refunds. If you experience an issue with your order or have concerns at any point in the process, please contact us right away so our team can address the situation promptly and work toward a resolution.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel after the design process has started, the order will be stopped and the design will be provided as-is in its current stage. No refunds will be issued.

Important Submission Notes
All photos, obituary text, and service information must be submitted through the order form before the design process can begin. Missing information may delay your turnaround time.
Please ensure all submitted text, names, and dates are accurate. Epic Event Prints, LLC is not responsible for errors in information that was provided incorrectly by the client.
Photo Quality Notice
Please submit clear, high-quality photos for the best printing results. Epic Event Prints, LLC is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, or screenshot images provided by the client.
